IMPORTANT Please note the following rules:
Papers must be presented at the conference. We are aiming at Zero no-shows in NGMAST2009. Therefore:
- We will send a link to a conference attendence form for authors to indicate the name of the author that will attend and present the paper.
- In case that the paper will not be presented, authors must declare this in advance so that their paper will be removed from the programme (but not from the proceedings)
- Authors who have already registered but cannot attend and have informed us about this in advance will be sent the Proceedings CD after the conference
- Authors who do not declare that they are not coming will cause a no-show in the conference. Therefore, we will not send them a copy of the proceedings and will be blacklisted from all future conferences and will be reported to the IEEE.
- Of course, we will exclude from the previous point those authors who wanted to attend but cannot for reasons that are out of control
