What is the best way to check the products we produce?

We will not attempt to discuss all aspects of project quality

In these notes we shall discuss:

• recommendations on implementing a quality system
• the purpose of ISO 9000 and ISO 9126
• two main types of quality reviews (QR)
• the purpose of QR, and benefits that arise from using the QR process
• the three possible outcomes of a structured walkthrough
