Penrose's views on AI
  1. "Strong AI" is wrong
  2. Computers limited by Godel's theorem
  3. Need Quantum Gravity computers

"Strong AI" is the proposition that it is possible, in principle, for a computer to be able to perform any intelligent task that a human can perform. Penrose argues against this belief. He believes that computers are limited by Godel's theorem, namely that there will always be mathematical propositions which Penrose claims a human mathematician can understand, but not a computer. He suggests the solution is to use quantum gravity computers.
