Introduction
CTHERM is our software
package for the acquisition and analysis of medical infrared images. It
can work with any infrared camera in analogue mode provided the camera is capable of producing
a monochrome PAL or NTSC output (S-Video or composite). It can also work in digital mode with virtually any FLIR systems camera.
Downloading and
installing the Demo

Download the file "InstDisk.zip" (3 MB - may take
some time)
-
'Un-zip' the file
(requires 'Winzip') into a temporary folder/directory

Start "Setup.exe"
-
Delete the 'un-zipped'
files in the temporary folder
-
Done.
Manual Install (in the event theIInstaller doesn't work properly on Windows
XP)
- Download
the file "CTHERM_v22.zip" (3 MB - may take some time) into C:\ (and nowhere else!)
- 'Un-zip'
the file (requires 'Winzip') using the following Winzip 'Extract'
settings (see picture on the right): Extract to C:\, select "All
files" and tic "Use folder names"
- Winzip will
now create the C:\CTHERM folder/directory and place all CTHERM
components in sub-directories
- Delete the
CTHERM_v22.zip in C:\
- Navigate
into the C:\CTHERM directory. Right(!)-click on CTHERM.exe. In
the context menu that opens up, select 'Send To' and then left-click
on 'Desktop (create shortcut)'
- That's it.
